Wow what a whirlwind!

Hi Greyt Friends,

It's been a wild time since my bath at Dizzy's on July 18 and I'm running behind on my blogging but aim to pull into the front of the pack. Still have that competitive edge!

First things first:
I'm trying to live down my reputation as Bad Lady because I'm actually a super sweetheart (my foster mom says so when no one is listening, plus a whole bunch of other nice things). So I've been answering to Grace and Gracie - who needs more Grace than a Bad Lady, huh? But seriously, my grandmother's name is Miss Gracie Allen so it's all in the family.

What a surprise to come home to my bigger, older brother (by a few minutes) Cooper (Blur of Fur). We're litter mates and have our 4th birthday coming up soon. It was a rowdy reunion with lots of running and jumping and playing. (Have to say he isn't much for barking for joy but I'm working on that.)

He was pretty far ahead of me on mastering the van, the steps, the hardwood floors, the comments from neighborhood dogs, and the kibble (what's with that?! - food shouldn't be so crunchy if you ask me...where's the beef?) and he has been a greyt coach. He's also been a really good sport about sharing his people with me, and his toys. But he draws the line at rawhide. Fortunately I have a stash of my own and a new collar and bed and blanket and rugs to roach on and hugs and kisses galor. Have to say the retired life is strange but I think I could get used to this.

More soon (got to go figure out how to make those stuffies squeak),
-Grace (aka the mini-Cooper)
